Harry Semrow - Driving Range

Whether you want to work on your game, get a lesson or simply enjoy some family fun, the Chicago area's Harry Semrow Driving Range is a good destination. The facility -- which is named after Semrow, a former Chicago businessman, entrepreneur and optician – is located just north of Chicago O'Hare International Airport in Des Plaines. It features 73 stalls and a grass tee practice area as well as 18 holes of mini golf. Operated by Forest Preserve Golf of Cook County, Harry Semrow Driving Range has an excellent instructional program, focusing on golfers of varying abilities with a mission of taking novices from beginners all the way to being golf ready. Instruction also includes clinics for women and juniors as well as individual lessons. Rates for the range include special prices for senior citizens. And juniors get special rates on mini golf, including free for kids six and under.
