Designed by John Zoller in 1971, Cedar Bend Golf Course in Curry County, Oregon, provides golfers with a fun new golf experience. Golfers will find challenges abound in the combination of elevated tees and greens. Each green on the course includes two flagsā€”one for the front nine and one for the back nine. With the two flags on each green and some tee boxes that change between the two nines, Cedar Bend has the feel of an 18-hole golf course on a nine-hole layout. Cedar Bend, when played as a full 18, is a par-72 measuring between 5,231 yards and 6,288 yards long. In general, the course has plenty of challenge for the best golfers with water coming into play on almost every hole, but it also provides plenty of forgiveness for people new to the game. The beautiful Cedar Fork Creek, which golfers must cross on several of the holes, meanders through the course. It's clear waters and smooth stone base make it look inviting on hot summer days.
