Ras Al Hamra Golf Club is a newly created desert style golf course by course designers Graham Marsh Design from Austrailia. Originally a sand golf course dating back to 1969, Ras Al Hamra is now a championship 9 hole golf course with floodlights. Although 9 holes in design, the course boasts 6 holes with double greens and 4 holes with double tees playing to nearly 6500 yards from the championship tees. With 4 sets of tees, Ras Al Hamra was built for all levels of golfer in mind and is the only regulation course in Oman with floodlights.
