Tapawingo National Golf Club in Sunset Hills is a scenic, 27-hole golf club located less than 30 minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown St. Louis, Missouri. Tapawingo National features three great nine hole layouts in the Meramec, Woodlands and Prairie courses. All three of the nine hole courses at Tapawingo National were designed by Gary Player in 1994 and feature naturally rolling hills and speedy undulating greens. Playing along the Meramec River, the Meramec nine is the most open layout at Tapawingo and it is best suited for new players. The Woodlands nine at Tapawingo is the northernmost rotation on site, and it is cut out of the woods and features tricky, tight, tree-lined fairways. The Prairie nine at Tapawingo is the longest of the three nines and it features natural water hazards on almost every hole. Each nine hole course at Tapawingo National Golf Club is distinct and guaranteed to be a great time for golfers of all abilities.
