The premier feature of the facility is the course itself. Carved out of 150 acres of rolling terrain, water comes into play on seven holes. There are also 60 bunkers strategically positioned near landing areas and around greens. The greens are large and undulating and the tee boxes are massive, set with four tee positions to accommodate players of all skill levels. Paved doublewide cart paths are in place. Fairway grass is 419 Bermuda while greens are Tifeagle. Both grasses are results of the latest turf grass agronomy and they are especially suited for Texas summers.
