The waterfront community of Bay City offers artisanal coffee shops, antique shops, historic buildings, brewpubs and plenty of outdoor activities, especially in the summertime. You can take a tour aboard the USS Edson destroyer at the Saginaw Valley Naval Ship Museum on Lake Huron or take in the hike and bike trails along the Saginaw River.
