Best Golf Courses Near Springfield, OH
Known as Rose City, among other nicknames, because of its history of rose greenhouses, Springfield is a city of around 60,000 people located between Dayton and Columbus. This community with numerous historic sites, restaurants, parks and antique shops is situated on the Mad River, Buck Creek and Beaver Creek. It is home to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Westcott House, the Hartman Rock Garden, Buck Creek State Park and Mother Stewart’s Brewery, just to name a few of the attractions. The golf scene here is pretty good, too, led by 36-hole Reid Park Golf Club. Both courses there have plenty of scenery and some elevation change.
