Best Golf Courses Near Bandon, OR
Before Bandon became famous for the iconic Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, it was known for its beaches, rock formations and natural beauty, like Face Rock State Scenic Viewpoint or the the Coquille River Lighthouse at Bullards Beach State Park. This beautiful coastline town is also known for its annual Cranberry Festival. There are some good local restaurants, pubs and breweries, too. But golf, of course, is what put Bandon on the map. Bandon Dunes Resort has six golf courses (plus the putting course), including the highly-touted Pacific Dunes as well as a variety of other layouts, most of which feature incredible views of the Pacific Ocean. There are other courses in Bandon, too, of course, that sometimes get overlooked, and they’re worth checking out. Bandon Crossing and Coos Golf Club are good examples.
