Built on historic farmland, Crown Point Country Club offers a scenic, challenging 18-hole golf course with plenty of variety and excellent conditions. The club, which is member-owned, is open to the public as well. The golf course, which opened in 1953, was designed by William F. Mitchel. The par-72 has five sets of tees, playing from 4,985 yards to 6,832 yards. Most of the holes are treelined with undulating fairways and greens. Water does come into play on several holes, including a small lake in between the par-4 17th and 230-yard par-3 18th holes. Crown Point Country Club also has a driving range as well as a putting green. Lessons are also available from the club's golf academy. Inside the clubhouse golfers will find a well-stocked golf shop as well as the Crown Point Pub, a full service restaurant open daily at 11 a.m. It offers a full menu and bar items, overlooking the course. There's also a snack shack on the course.
