San Pedro Golf Course, in Benson, Arizona, is a 7,187-yard, par-72 championship golf course built in 2003 and designed by Mark Rathert. A short drive 30-mile drive from Tucson, the course is owned and operated by the City of Benson. It's a tale of two nines, as the front holes link through the mesquite groves along the San Pedro River while the back holes echo throughout the canyons. San Pedro Golf Course starts strong and will challenge you on its fair par-4 2nd, where the river runs down the left side of the fairway and green slopes from left to right. The holes have six different tees, making it a great place to play for every level of golfer. They have a full pro shop and a full practice area that is accessible before you play. After you've completed your round visit the Benson City Grille to recharge.
