Pinewood Country Club, in Munds Park, Arizona, is a 6,625-yard, par-72 championship golf course located in a resort community 20 miles south of Flagstaff. The layout is more traditional but don't let that fool you, this is a must play course. With snow-capped mountains and ponderosa pines in the background, you'll be teeing off into narrowing fairways that dogleg left and right. From there, you'll be attacking larger greens that move quickly if you wind up in the wrong spot. A river runs through Pinewood Country Club, creating a continuous water hazard throughout your round. While we suggest walking the course due to its ease and beauty, if you decide to ride, you'll notice the gorgeous burnt orange cart path, another detail that was well thought out. Before teeing off, you'll have access to a full practice facility with driving range and practice putting area.
